Lapland Holidays with flights from London Gatwick

Good news if Gatwick’s your nearest London airport – it tends to have more Lapland flights than other UK airports. Fly direct to the fells and forests of Finnish Lapland, with most packages taking you to Finland’s Kittilä Airport (KTT) or Kuusamo Airport (KAO) – about a 3-4 hour flight. With transfers included, a coach or minibus will be waiting to whisk you to resort once you land – some are as close as a 20-minute drive from the airport.

When it comes to getting to Gatwick, the airport is located 28 miles south of London in West Sussex. It has its own rail station, which you can reach from the capital in about half an hour by train from London Victoria or London Bridge.

If driving, the postcode for Sat Navs is RH6 0PJ for the North terminal and RH6 0NP for the South terminal. There are a range of car parks, including Short Stay, Long Stay and Premium.

For bus travel, Gatwick airport is linked to Crawley, Horley, Redhill, Horsham and other nearby areas. Easybus run coaches from Earl’s Court and Waterloo and the Oxford Bus departs from Oxford.
