Simple apartment house "Haus Rollin", 3 storeys. In the district of Winkelmatten 1 km from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet position. Grocery 550 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant 300 m, bakery, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestiboden" 60 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 1 km. Mountain railway 700 m, ski rental 700 m, ski bus stop 60 m, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km. Please note: no lift. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency in Zermatt.
