Mayrhofen New Year holidays
With a pre New Year’s Eve party over in Ramsau to set off the celebrations and much more in Mayrhofen on the night itself, you’ll have an amazing New Year’s ski holiday in Mayrhofen. Mayrhofen’s varied restaurant scene and lively après ski promises a brilliant New Year’s Eve, however you like to celebrate. As well as New Year’s Eve parties in Mayrhofen’s après ski bars and nightclubs (book in advance to avoid disappointment), there’s a party on the street with music and fireworks. To see in the New Year in a different way, book a ticket on the New Year’s Steam Train, where you can enjoy live music and wine.
Mayrhofen offers some excellent skiing to see in the New Year with a 159km ski area that covers the Penken and Ahorn mountains as well as the nearby Hintertux Glacier and offers great terrain for learning to ski, advanced skiing, ‘boarding and freestyling. All of the ski area can be covered with artificial snow which is brilliant if the December snowfall in Mayrhofen needs a boost.
Book one of our Mayrhofen ski hotels for a week over the New Year or see what ski chalets we have in Mayrhofen. We’ve got some great hotels for groups and families with swimming pools and wellness facilities that can provide the perfect base for your New Year’s ski holiday.
