Joli Soleil is a stunning penthouse apartment conveniently located in a quiet enclave, a short walk from the main Médran lift station. The luxury apartment has vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and is beautifully furnished throughout. Finished in natural stones and aged wood, the apartment has a timeless, elegant interior. Joli Soleil comfortably sleeps eight and is set over one floor with a total living space of approximately 150 square metres. The apartment has three en-suite bedrooms with the stunning south-west-facing master bedroom having access to a private balcony. This large room has a free standing roll-top bath, a steam shower, and separate toilet room. The two additional double bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. These rooms both have mezzanine floors with two additional beds in each and they both have access to a north-facing balconies. The impressive open plan living and dining area occupies close to half the surface area of the apartment. Sumptuously furnished and with a natural stone fireplace, this is the perfect space to unwind after a hard day on the pistes. The well-equipped modern kitchen opens onto the living area. A balcony can be accessed from the living area, where the elevated position of this top floor apartment affords incredible views of the surrounding peaks. A guest toilet and private laundry facilities are also located off the main hallway in the apartment. The underground garage has space for two cars and there is a shared ski room in the basement. No driver service is provided at this property. This property is sold on a catered or self-catered basis.
