Food & Wine
The Hotel Excelsior has two a la carte restaurants, the Restaurant La Ferme which specialises in traditional dishes and grilled meats, their house speciality is the “Flambée Medici” – a tender beef fillet prepared for you at the table. If you want to try Swiss cheese speciality dishes, head to Restaurant Luna which serves classic cheese fondue.
The Ex-Bar is a great place to enjoy a drink or two, whether its after skiing or after dinner, there will be a drink to suit you.

Single village view rooms sleep one and are around 13m² with a single bed, shower and a North facing view of the village - some rooms may have a balcony.
Economy village view rooms are around 15m² sleeping two people. These rooms have twin beds, and a North facing view of the village.
Double Matterhorn view rooms are around 22m² sleeping two to three people. These rooms have a double bed, and space for an additional bed plus a balcony with South facing views of the Matterhorn.
Junior village view suites are around 31m² and sleep two to four people. These rooms have twin beds, and a lounge area with a sliding door which can accommodate two additional beds. These rooms have a balcony with North facing views of the village. Suitable for two adults and two children, or three adults.
