If bright, modern styling, first-rate service and a piste-side location are your top priorities, then the Hotel Almrausch could be for you.
The design of this hotel is one of the first things you’ll notice. Vibrant colours are carefully matched with glass and natural materials, giving the place a stylish, up-to-date feel.
The team at the Almrausch, headed up by the Riedlsperger family, are on hand to make your stay as easy as it should be. And with only 31 rooms, you’ll get excellent personal service too.
You're right next to the Bergfriedlift, so in the mornings just grab your gear from the ski room and off you go. What's more, it's at the base of a blue run, which means even novice skiers can cruise back to the hotel at the end of the day. And if you're eager for a night out, the centre of the resort is only a couple of minutes' walk away.
If you like taking things easy after a day on the slopes, then the hotel has an excellent spa and wellness area with a sauna and steam room. And once you're feeling rejuvenated, head to the dining room for four courses of delicious regional cuisine and international classics – from schnitzel and stews to pizza and burgers.

Austrian twin beds
Austrian twin beds are very common in Central Europe. They’re simply one large bed frame containing two single mattresses, both with separate duvets and linen sets, that cannot be separated. Separate twin beds are less common and can often be head to head beds, rather than side by side, if they are available.
