Overview - hotel description - Crystal Lodge & Suites description

We think the Crystal Lodge has one of the best hotel locations in Whistler. It’s truly unrivalled and faces along the village stroll, moments from the slopes and connected to over 20 shops and restaurants. It's also only just two minutes walk to the lifts for both Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. Pair that with wonderfully warm and friendly staff and it’ll be no surprise that the Crystal Lodge consistently ranks top for its popularity.

Step inside and help warm yourself up with the complimentary self-service apple cider and occasional hot drinks that are on rotation in the lobby. Other cool perks include a free ski valet service and a Crystal Advantage Card giving you great discounts to a bunch of nearby restaurants. The Crystal Lodge also has a year round heated outdoor pool and hot tub, sauna and games rooms to unwind in great company.

A lot of the hotel has undergone extensive public area and guest room renovations. The rooms are modern and many designed with cool and clean mountain accents. They look over the village stroll or surrounding areas and have all the comforts and amenities you’ll need for a great stay. Established in 1966 the Canadian ski resort Whistler lies at 675 metres altitude in the Coast Mountains of British Columbia. Its pedestrianised streets, size and attractive architecture, the village at the base of the mountain perfectly match North America's largest ski area. Its diversity, buzzing vibe and class can be immediately sensed upon setting foot in the area. The myriad of bars, shops and restaurants open up the door of possibilities for the non-skier, whether it's perusing the vast range clothing st...
There is literally no best way to describe a ski area that spans two mountains and covers more than a colossal 8,000 acres. If you think you can’t find the right terrain for you here, you’re just too picky. Setting out on skis in this resort is an absolute dream; the ski school is fantastic, catering to the customer’s every need. The Magic Chair on Blackcomb is perfect for your first venture up the mountain after the carpet, or for the more confident novices, hit up the cruisy runs of Whiskey Jack and then...
Once again, Whistler has a huge choice of alternatives and extras to the skiing experience. The Meadow Park Sports Centre has a six-lane pool, leisure pool, sauna, steam room, indoor ice rink, squash courts and a fitness centre. "Amazing location, fabulous staff"

Diane, Newcastle
4/ out of 5
The hotel was fab! The location was amazing, we just walked out to the skiing, it was right on our doorstep. The hotel had a restaurant – spaghetti something or another, the food was nice and the staff were fine. The staff in the hotel generally were fabulous! Really good. We paid for an upgrade when we got there because I wasn’t really happy with our room – it’s definitely worth paying more for a nicer room. The hotel doesn’t have a spa but there is an outdoor pool. It was too cold outside for me to go in the pool (I did dip my fingers in and it felt warm but the air was too cold). There’s also a hairdressers at the hotel. Whistler is beautiful, I would definitely go back.
