The chalet was great. The staff were great. We had no complaints at all really. The common area felt a little bit small for the number of people you are likely to accommodate, but otherwise it was great. The bathrooms are really very nice. For two guys sharing a bedroom, the bedrooms felt a bit tight, but it... + more

The chalet was great. The staff were great. We had no complaints at all really. The common area felt a little bit small for the number of people you are likely to accommodate, but otherwise it was great. The bathrooms are really very nice. For two guys sharing a bedroom, the bedrooms felt a bit tight, but it’s all a very nice standard. I think the food was good and the wine was OK. Sometimes the wine can be a bit poor at chalets, but it was OK this time at the Chalet Alberta. The location of the chalet was fine. I mean, we knew we knew exactly where we would be in town, so it wasn't unexpected. That’s the nature of Val d’Isere, you can walk to a bus stop nearby and it takes you to whichever lifts you want to ski that day, so it didn't really matter.
