The apartment block sits just 5 minutes' walk from the ski lifts, with a ski bus stop outside for those who don't feel like carrying their gear.

As well as a bar and a restaurant, the residence has a games room which can keep the kids occupied off the mountain. If it's you that needs some time to work out or relax then there's also a fitness room and hot tub.

For panoramic balcony views and personal and attentive service, the Sant Andreu is a great choice.

There’s a great variety of terrain throughout Vallnord, and skiers of all abilities and disciplines are well catered for. The area at the top of the La Massana gondola in Pal is the perfect place for beginners to start getting to grips with the snow. The three short drag lifts service gentle green runs which are left unmolested by more experienced skiers. Arinsal comes alive in the evenings, and with the regions strong Basque influences the locals certainly know how to party- duty free prices mean you won’t be breaking the bank either.
