The Alpenhotel St. Christoph is all about easy access to the slopes. You can ski right to the door at the end of the day, and the St. Christoph lift is just a minute's stroll away. The ski school meeting point and nursery slopes are nearby too, so whatever level of skier you are, you’ll be out on the snow pronto.

After a day on the pistes, you can head to the spa area for a little zen time. There's a sauna, steam room and indoor hot tub to sink into, plus a Heubad – a hay bath that's great for warming up – and a Solebad, which uses salt water to help you relax. You can also book a massage for an extra treat, or step out onto the sun terrace for some fresh mountain air. And if you're after something more lively, the games room has table football and table tennis to keep you busy.

Food here is a real highlight. Mornings start with a rich breakfast buffet, with coffee and tea specialities, vegetable juices, cheeses, cold meats and hot dishes cooked à la carte. Later on, there are sweet and savoury afternoon snacks, before a 5-course dinner with antipasti, a salad buffet and cheese served from the trolley – all with traditional Austrian cooking taking centre stage. There’s also a fine wine list with around 300 bottles, and fondue is available for an extra charge if you fancy something a little different.
