In 1650, there is this special self catering option has a really exclusive, VIP feel – Apartment Everest 401 are a brilliant option here, especially for families as they’re only a couple of minutes walk to the ski school. A quieter and smaller village lower down is 1550, where you’ll find Les Brigues Apartments which offer doorstep skiing if you want to make the most of the snow.

Child friendly apartments can be an excellent choice for flexible family holidays – maintain the usual family routines without the set meal times of catered accommodation and cook all the family favourites in your own kitchen area. Self catering holidays can also work brilliantly for groups – everyone can take turns to cook meals and enjoy quality time in your own space. Of course going self-catering doesn’t necessarily have to mean cooking during your holiday – Courchevel has more than enough restaurants to keep all tastes and appetites satisfied all week.
