Bermuda in February

February is slightly cooler than January, with average temperatures of 19°C and lows of 16°C, but this can be a great time to explore the islands. Rainfall is low and there aren't many big events on the islands in February. Make the most of the dry weather and explore some of the many natural wonders of Bermuda.

Bermuda in March

Expect less visitors all while enjoying the warm sunshine in March. Rainfall is still low and the average hours of sunshine per day start to increase as the summer months approach. Check out the Bermuda International Film Festival, World Par 3 Championship and Bermuda Triple Challenge when visiting in March.

Bermuda in April

Temperatures are comfortable with an average of 20°C on any given day in April and sea temperatures are warmer than in previous months, sitting at 20°C. With Easter and the summer approaching, there are lots to do in Bermuda in April. Discover traditional Easter activities on Good Friday, the Bermuda Annual Agricultural Exhibition at the beautiful Botanical Gardens in Paget, the Bermuda Peppercorn Ceremony, the Bermuda Sail Grand Prix high-speed sailing event and the start of Harbour Nights in Hamilton, taking place every Wednesday from April to early September.

Bermuda in June

Summer is in full swing in June with temperatures reaching up to 28°C, perfect weather for the beach holiday of your dreams. Sailing enthusiasts will love the themed events this month - check out the Clipper Round The World Race, Annapolis Bermuda Ocean Race and Newport Bermuda Race (held once in every two years). The biggest event of the month, if not the year, is Bermuda Carnival which takes place on the third weekend in June each year.

Bermuda in July

July is the peak month for Bermuda and sees the most visitors and it isn’t hard to see why – with average temperatures of 28°C, it can get as hot as 30°C in Bermuda. Water temperatures are a lovely 28°C, perfect for watersports. Don't miss the Bermuda Triple Crown Billfish Championship and Bermuda Beachfest.

Bermuda in August

August is another hot month, with highs of 30°C. There are several events including Harbour Nights which continues on Wednesday nights throughout August, Non-Mariners Water Raft-Up, Bermuda Beach Tennis Tournament at Horseshoe Bay Beach and the Cup Match, a cricket match between two island rivals, St. George's and Somerset.

Bermuda in September

September is hurricane season in Bermuda, and while there haven’t been any serious occurrences in recent years, it is always good to check if planning a holiday at this time of year. Average temperatures can reach 27°C and water temperatures during September are warm at 28°C. September and October are considered to be the wettest months of the year. You can catch the Sandcastle Competition at Horseshoe Bay in September.

Bermuda in October

October is also in hurricane season, so it is advised to check when booking your holiday and to keep an eye on weather reports. Surfing is great at this time of year in Bermuda and temperatures are beginning to cool, with highs of 27°C. October is also the wettest month out of the year but you can still enjoy the City Food Festival in Hamilton and the Butterfield Bermuda Championship PGA event.

Average temperatures in November are around 22°C and the highest possible temperature is 24°C.
