We are a collective of local yoga and pilates instructors who operate in the Meribel and Courchevel area - our aim is to meet your needs after a day on the slopes or on a white out day.

We'll come to your residence with all the necessary material to provide a private / small group session of your prefered discipline. As skiers, we understand what the body needs during a week on the mountains. We'll help you to unwind, with exercises tailored to your needs and ability.
