Wow wow wow… this hotel exceeded my expectations and prepare yourself for a long review but I have so much to compliment. We have done all inclusive hotels and always excepting of something being not quite perfect but I cannot fault this hotel. I came on a recommendation from someone 2 years ago, we booked via Jet2 for myself husband and 4 year old twins, which was also great as luggage (23kg) included in the price, helpful staff, one free child place. From the moment we stepped into the hotel we knew it was special. We were greeted with a Prosecco, chocolate strawberries and juice for the kids, assigned our personal assistant and added to a WhatsApp group which is available 24/7. Shown to our room and it was beautiful, clean, spacious, lovely amenities. Surrounding by greenery & pine trees. Kids to eager to get straight to the pool. We walked through the main building with the chocolatier, patisserie (omg the strawberry tarts were amazing) there is the main pool, shallow kids pool, 2 adult pools, animation team pool with various exercise classes and sports activities. Cocktails/snacks/food can be brought to your sun loungers via QR code so you never have to queue or carry multiple drinks back. Staff often come round with water and ask if you want any drinks. There is so much for the kids, bowling, funfair, arcade, PlayStation, kids club and the staff were AMAZING and even though my kids were shy and didn’t talk they insist they had the best time. We left them for a couple of hours on a few days where there was an abundance of planned activities but also could free play, watch movies in the mini cinema. They loved the kids disco every night. We ate a la carte one evening for my birthday which our assistant reserved for us. We ate at the Greek restaurant. It was €12/adult with a set menu but there was so much food we couldn’t finish + it was an evening filled with entertainment with live band & dancing. I didn’t feel like I missed out with the buffet, it was different food every night. I loved how child friendly it was, even had a baby section with a variety of baby food & formula, microwaves for bottles, bibs for kids. The pool also offered free swim nappies. Lastly the entertainment was fantastic, we watched 4 shows, it wasn’t at all cheesy like some all inclusive, in fact the skill of the dancers/acrobats/singers were so impressive, you can tell money/effort was put into each production. We can’t wait to go back, we had the best week and so did the kids. Thank you Voyage Sorgun!

Outstanding in every aspect. Having stayed in many all inclusive resorts over many years, this one sets an exceptional standard which will be near impossible to better. Our stay in Voyage Sorgun was absolutely amazing primarily because of the fabulous care and service the hotel team gave us! Starting with the food, the variety was huge, and the quality of every dish was of a very high standard in the buffet, and in the à la carte restaurants . When we wanted a break from the buffet, we dined in the a la carte Chinese restaurant, which we loved. We also enjoyed eating at the various beach side bars for lunch which provide a good range of dishes. There were a wide range of drinks, something for everyone, and the bar staff would quickly make what you ordered, cheerfully! Alongside this, the Patisserie and chocolate bar are highly recommended for anyone with a sweet tooth, as the desserts are creatively made, absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Moving onto the service, we experienced outstanding service, and it was easy to order and have drinks delivered anywhere simply by scanning a qr code.. Linking to this, it was very fun and convenient to be able to jump right into the azure Mediterranean ocean from the jetty, making the resort truly unique in this way. Swimming was one of our highlights, be it in the ocean which is always breathtaking, or be it in the chilling pools, not to mention the five slides in the aqua park, for some thrills. The beach was amazingly clean, and we witnessed many breathtaking sunsets, sitting on the jetty, sipping drinks. In the evenings, the entertainment was impressive, and when it would get cold in the night, the fabulous team would provide blankets for the warmth needed! Performances, concerts and the nightly disco were great fun! We were super impressed by the stunts and talent! If you wished to take a break from the outside, you could go to the games room to play pool or ten pin bowling, cinema, indoor pool, as well as the spa, where we experienced great treatment, so you would never get bored, because of the range of activities presented! Overall, an incredible resort, all inclusive and exclusive, can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful holiday as a family of 4 (2 adults, 7 and 4yr old) as part of a jet2 package from Scotland. I would absolutely visit again and would highly recommend to other families. About us- tired working parents with one ASN child, who splash out on one holiday a year, fairly picky re hotels, sleeping arrangements; we like the meet new folk but also have some peace and quiet too. Husband likes to be active,I love a lounger. This hotel ticked everyone’s boxes and I would say all four of us loved it. Highlights were the bungalow room set up, incredible food, instant QR code drinks ordering from any lounger/ sun bed, cleanliness, long kids club drop in hours and evening entertainment arena. Rooms were tasteful and comfortable with nespresso machine and lovely balconies surrounded by greenery, it was a peaceful way to wake up. The breakfast buffet was insanely good, copious freshly squeezed orange juice and more choices than you would ever need to eat! Loved that drinks orders were still taken at the table compared some all incl options where you have to self serve. They could do with children’s crockery though eg small spoons, plastic cups, more tea spoons. This would be a really easy addition to make. Lunch options were equally amazing and loved that you could also munch by the pool or beach too. Dinner we enjoyed the buffet on 3 nights but ate twice in Wen (Chinese a La carte- fabulous hot veal and butterfly prawns), once in the teppanyaki (amazing, popped kids in the kids disco for some peace, a real treat), once in the Turkish (ruined by the sound check going on in the entertainment stadium beside it which is a shame as the view/ sunset is lovely) and once in the Greek- this was the best night of the holiday- live music, everyone up dancing, amazing turbot and rose wine. Do not miss the Greek night!! Loved the options for kids disco or kids to come along to the main show - the outdoor sofa seating and staging for the shows were incredible. The cocktails, beer, wine were all great. Randomly loved the detox water too which I ordered daily! During the day, my eldest loved the splash park and collecting shells on the super clean beach. The pools were cold and glad we brought shortie wet suits (also good for jumping off pier to snorkel as heaps of fish). By the end of the week it was 26 degrees and pools better. Fine for toddlers to paddle though! For hyper older kids on the slides I think they are ok but you couldn’t swim with a wee one clinging on to you for more than a few mins without a wetsuit - more of a plunge/ paddle set up I would say in early april. If they could heat one pool that would be AMAZING! The shop on site was extortionate which prices not displayed (an easy change to make) but they had a good lilo and toy selection. We took taxi to Side one morning and it was fabulous. Definately worth a half day trip if you pick a cooler morning or an evening sunset. It was shame they don’t have kids bikes or trailers but my husband and I did pop the kids in the kids club on another occasion and cycled in ourselves which was fantastic (15/20 mins to get in it’s fairly flat so you don’t need to be super fit) but didn’t realise cycling not allowed in the centre til we got stopped by the police and had to get off to push the bikes for a bit - which was no problem whatsoever!). So tips for cycle team- advise guests of this and also consider adding kids seats/ bikes/ trailers to your fleet. The funfair was lovely we went a couple of times and I would say ideal for age 2-7, it opens from 4pm for a few hrs each day. The kids club we had some teething problems as our youngest has learning disabilities and although she is 4.5, she still needs nappies which they refused to change. I felt this was off for a 5* hotel and is slightly discriminatory. Also due to the language barrier we were unable to convey her specific needs despite asking our assistant to use Google translate to do this. They spoke to the kids club staff and said they were show extra care and attention which wasn’t exactly what I was looking for - I wanted to be able to explain to them what was wrong with her and how she communicates. In the end we just told them she had autism (which isn’t entirely correct but seemed easier as we weren’t getting anywhere with the personal assistant allowing us to use Google translate.) despite this the kids were happy there, youngest did settle but mostly due to her naturally happy nature, and I must say it is a lovely space with amazing toys for all ages and think for age 4-6 it is ideal for parents needing a break. We probably had our two in for 2 hrs a day, sometimes more as it was open 10am - midnight! Loved that you didn’t have to book it. It is vtech and Arts and crafts heaven. We all stuffed ourselves full of macaroons and finest chocolates 24/7 and I came back 4kg heavier after 9 days…. Husband weight neutral as the gym equipment and exercise classes on offer were excellent if you were motivated enough to make use of them. We LOVED the fact that the Turkish baths were open to families and the kids adores the indoor pool early evening followed by a scrub/ chill in the relaxation room. If you are considering visiting at a time of year when weather might not be guaranteed I would say the spa/ indoor facilities are a real plus here! We didn’t use the bowling / games room due to my youngest’s additional needs (it is pretty hectic) but for older kids it looked amazing. One negative I do feel the need to mention was that the hotel staff would not turn the AC up properly as other guests on the floor (possibly from warmer countries than Scotland!) wanted it warm so I didn’t sleep as well as I would have liked and this was disappointing for a 5* hotel. The whole floor was controlled by the same system so each room isn’t on an individual circuit. Apparently we were in “winter mode” which I’m not sure should be the case when it’s 25degrees! The staff turned it up at the end of our stay, for reasons I could not entirely fathom other than the temp rose to 27Degrees or perhaps the other guests had left! It was frustrating as surely if you are too cold you can just add a blanket. Having said that, we would absolutely return and would highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and for letting us keep the room on until 5pm on our last day- this was ideal for an 11pm flight home (and well worth the 80euro taxi to get one last sundowner, buffet and Turkish bath!). Turkish hospitality is superb and this holiday was such a great. Thank you!

One of the most beautiful and family friendly hotels I have seen. Absolutely loved the rooms in their separate cottages ensuring no one felt crowded. Peaceful and absolutely beautiful resort with lots of fun in store! Did I mention the food was awesome? The array of desserts is forever stuck in my mind! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely fantastic. Staff always willing to help, plenty of things for the children to do. Definitely coming next year.
