The spa is incredible. The girls are very kind and the manager Olga is such professional. Italian restaurant also is so delicious, specially mushroom rissoto with truffle. We had a very good time and this hotel is our first choice for Rhodes island.

Amazing experience best spa in Rhodes

We tried the spa of Alila hotel with my girlfriend and some friends. The experience was amazing ! The manager Olga suggested the best type of massage equivalent to our needs. The masseur was experienced very friendly and they used some hot stones that relaxed my muscles. I really suggest it so everybody visits Rhodes. Thank you Alila hotel hotel for the amazing experience.

Wow, what a holiday! Mitsis Alila was the most amazing experience for an all inclusive holiday we have ever had. Everything was so well thought out, meeting every need and exceeding any expectations. The food was incredible and the variety of to go foods during the day was so good eg: wok and go, tex mex to go, pizza on the beach. Each meal was delicious in the main restaurant! Sparkling wine for breakfast, yes please. We also got to experience all 3 à la carte restaurants which were also delicious. The wine and champagne bar was a high point for us, a really luxurious way to spend the evening. The entertainment was good with a great selection of drinks and cocktails to enjoy whilst you watch. The staff were so attentive, always noticing when drinks were empty and offering more. We spend each day relaxing by the beach. Whilst the pool sides were lovely, the beach just simply stole the show for us. The crystal clear blue sea was just beautiful and listening to the waves was pure bliss. We felt so spoilt having drinks served to us straight to our sun loungers. It was absolute luxury and we were so grateful for the beach staff for working so hard and making our holiday extra special. The room was just divine. So clean and spacious with plenty of storage. I really loved that you had the option to indicate your linen and towel change preferences. My partner is a house keeper herself and she really approved of those economical improvement efforts. (She has even pitched the idea to her team back at her hotel at home) The mini fridge in the room was absolutely full of a variety of drinks from alcohol and sodas to still and sparkling waters which were replenished each day by very friendly staff. I must say, the thermal branded water bottles you get left in the room on arrival was perfect, allowing us to always have a cold bottle of water next to us on our sun loungers. The complimentary branded tote bag was also a perfect touch to carry towels and pool side essentials. The attention to detail in this stay just blew us away. We went into Rhodes old town which was beautiful and only a short taxi/bus journey away. The taxi services were brilliant and all were very friendly. We simply cannot thank all the staff at Mitsis Alila enough. They go above and beyond, making your holiday so so special. I have already recommended this hotel to many family and friends and will most definitely be returning ourselves one day. Harvey&Abby.

Lovely spa thank you so much Helen for the treatment especially on my birthday! The rest of the hotel is beautiful and the food is wonderful. Great views, pool and customer service all around. Rhodes is absolutely beautiful especially the Mitsis I would recommend this hotel.
