Description

This modern, luxurious resort is located in Ixia on the island of Rhodes, 200 metres from the pebble beach and turquoise water of the Mediterranean Sea. The people who work there are absolutely amazing.

We stayed in this hotel the second time because it's absolutely superb. Everything is so looked after and you feel as a guest like family. The staff is all friendly and they do everything to carry out your wishes. I never experienced elsewhere this input. The rooms are outstanding and everyday you have people to check if everything is OK. Whenever we would visit rhodos this is the only place I would go to and by saying that I worked myself in this industry so this hotel to all I have stayed is by far the best in all category ( the other hotels I m comparing this hotel with are 4 star in New York just at Times Scare). And no matter whether you go alone, with your family or as a couple it's for everyone the best stay. In one word, this hotel is just: supercalifragilisticexpialidocious:)

I had an amazing stay at Atrium. The room was luxurious and spotless, and the stuff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location was perfect with great views and easy access to the beach. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

Amazing stay at the Atrium

Currently sat here on the beach on our last day writing my review. We stayed on a Premium All Inc basis in a villa with swim up pool, which was a great size for 4 of us. Positives: The staff are a credit to the hotel and definitely make it 5 star, we did not meet one that did not go above and beyond. The Atrium app is great, you can also order drinks and food from your lounger. On the beach it was an average 3 minutes service which was great. The quality of cocktails is great with a very good selection of premium branded drinks. Food was always very good, good selection and different every day. The A la Carte option was a nice addition and we ate from this a couple of nights. We also ate at the Greek and Italian. Both also very good quality and delicious. We particularly enjoyed the tiramisu! Negatives: Ants in bathroom and on patio, although I guess this is a byproduct of a hot country (although not experienced as many in Cyprus) Villa Pool was not heated even though it said it was. Location is a little remote but handy bus service a short walk from the hotel. This wasn’t an issue for us but we do like a walk on an evening. All in all we have had a great holiday. Rhodes is a beautiful island, and if you are thinking of booking - do it.

Atrium Platinum in Rhodes is a true gem. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the architecture, warm hospitality, and breathtaking views. The staff here is exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with fantastic sea views. The dining options are also great, and the infinity pool is a paradise. The spa offers a serene escape, and the overall experience at Atrium Platinum is nothing short of extraordinary. This hotel is a must-visit in Rhodes, and I can't wait to return. Five stars all the way!

Amazing stay at this beautiful hotel! The staff are incredible; exceptionally friendly, courteous and welcoming. A special shout out to Captains Michaelis and Anastasia, bar staff; Cristos, Vasillis, aka Billy, Blevins and the bar manager! We can’t name you all, however everyone is a credit to the management of Atrium Hotels! The food is excellent, we especially enjoyed the Asian speciality restaurant which we visited twice as part of our all inclusive upgrade. The buffet for both breakfast and dinner is extensive and it was a pleasant surprise to be able to order a main meal from a menu in the main dining room. The cocktails made by the pool bar team were excellent and the service was again first class, made very easy by being able to order poolside drinks and snacks using the App. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. Given it was late season, and lower occupancy, we benefited from having a choice of sunbed each day and enjoyed a very relaxed atmosphere. The weather was on our side too! Thank you again for your hospitality and I will certainly recommend the Atrium Platinum to colleagues and friends.
