Location - where is Mühle Resort

Take the 20-minute walk into the resort centre or jump on the free ski bus directly outside, which passes by the hotel around every 10 minutes during the day. The nearest lifts to the hotel are the Festkoglbahn in Obergurgl centre and the Vorderer Wurmkogllift 1 in Hochgurgl. Both ski areas are connected by the Top Express cable car, as well as a complimentary hotel shuttle bus that takes you to Obergurgl and Hochgurgl.

Your hosts at the Mühle Resort are the lovely Gstrein-Noesig family. They offer a super activity programme, fantastic service and excellent leisure facilities, which is why the Mühle Resort attracts repeat customers year after year.

The hotel is set in a pretty and peaceful area between the towns of Obergurgl and Hochgurgl. It’s approximately 20 minutes' walk from the centre of Obergurgl, but ski buses and shuttles are available if you don’t fancy the walk.

The spacious rooms at the hotel are modern and stylish. Contemporary decoration with wooden flooring and panelling feature in many of the rooms. Choose from a twin room for two people, or for more space sleeping up to 3 people, select a junior suite.

There's a stunning lounge area to relax in, or you can use the extensive wellness area with swimming pool, saunas and steam rooms, relaxation area with open fireplace, and snacks and drinks buffet.

Meals are taken in the beautiful hotel dining room. Begin your day with a varied hot and cold buffet breakfast. And last until dinner with a daily après ski snack, but leave space for the outstanding 7-course evening meal with a choice of main course.

Junior Suite (33m²) - sleeps 2-3: Open plan room with Austrian twin beds and double sofa bed, private bath with shower attachment, WC and balcony.

Single Room (19m²) - sleeps 1: Single bed, private shower, WC and balcony.

Austrian twin beds
Austrian twin beds are very common in Central Europe. They’re simply one large bed frame containing two single mattresses, both with separate duvets and linen sets, that cannot be separated. Separate twin beds are less common and can often be head to head beds, rather than side by side, if they are available.

The après starts on the mountains where there are a host of bars ready to serve skiers that well-deserved pick me up of warm glühwein. The skis come off at the lively Nederhutte, just above the resort, where merry skiers mingle with drinks accompanied by live music before getting up on the tables when the real party starts.
