Les Fermes de l'Alpe's new luxury residence welcomes you in a warm, modern atmosphere, right in the heart of Alpe d'Huez. The Vieil Alpe district, with its mountain pasture houses and authentic shops, will take you on a voyage of discovery of a real mountain village.

Shops, restaurants, leisure activities and the tourist office are just a few meters from your residence. Access to the Grandes Rousses ski area is also nearby, with the Télécentre and Alpe Express lifts just 200m away.

Apartment C102 sleeps 6 people (4 adults and 2 children) in a warm mountain atmosphere. On the second floor of the residence, the apartment has two double bedrooms, one of which is en suite with a shower room, a separate bathroom and a bright living room with access to the south-facing terrace, where you can enjoy the gentle rays of the Alpe d'Huez sun. A mountain corner with bunk bed offers children a real little cocoon with warm decor and typical mountain spirit. The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, providing a large space for sharing and conviviality. A ski locker with boot warmer and an indoor parking space are available throughout your stay.

As family-friendly as it is sporty, Alpe d'Huez is one of the most famous ski resorts. Indeed, the "Sun Island" attracts large numbers of holidaymakers thanks to its exceptional ski area, its après-ski activities, its restaurants, its conviviality and its splendid scenery. Its summit, the Pic Blanc, rises to an altitude of 3,330 m, offering a breathtaking panorama of the Ecrins National Park and its prestigious peaks.

With a transfer time of around 2 hours, Alpe d'Huez is very accessible from Grenoble or Chambery airport.
