This 3* duplex apartement in a new, quiet residence enjoys an exceptional location. You'll be close to the ski slopes, as well as the centre of Morzine village and its many shops.

Comfortable and spacious, it comprises a large living room with a sitting area and a balcony with lovely views over Avoriaz. The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the dining room. A great place to spend time with friends and family. Three large bedrooms and a small mezzanine lounge can accommodate a total of nine people.

There are two private covered parking spaces and a ski room.
