Hotel Alpino has one of the best locations in Malcesine. It’s just 350 metres from the castle and overlooks the town square. There’s not too many amenities at the hotel but with Malcesine on your doorstep and the lake just minutes away, you won’t miss them. You’ll find the ferry port close by too. Take the ferry to the colourful harbour of Riva or across to the beautiful resort of Limone. Make sure you explore the gems of Malcesine: hike up and take the cable car to the summit of Monte Baldo, walk the cobbled lanes of the town and head to the castle where you can enjoy spectacular views of Lake Garda.
This is a family-run hotel so expect to be welcomed with open arms. With just 27 rooms, you’ll feel as though you're one of the family. You’ll have breakfast in the cosy dining room that looks out towards the mountains and if you want to eat dinner here, there’s a charming public restaurant and pizzeria you'll receive a 10% discount. The pizzas are baked in a traditional stone oven - there's nothing quite like tucking into a fresh pizza whilst sipping an Aperol.
