One of your best bets for fabulous spring skiing in Canada, with stonkingly beautiful scenery to boot, Jasper and Marmot Basin are an excellent choice during the Easter holidays - and with extra bank holidays and time off school, nothing’s stopping your long-haul trip from lasting a little longer…
In Easters' past, there have been children's activities, egg hunts and Easter Bunny sightings at Marmot Basin and back in town some hotels put on their own activities for families, often including egg decorating, scavenger hunts and more.
In many resorts, Easter's nearing the end of the ski season but here lifts tend to stay open until May, meaning conditions should still be amazing. The area is usually buzzing at this time of year, with people enjoying mountainside drinks on the Kokanee Glacier Deck and spring festivals filling the air with live music.
