Ultimate Snowsports

We provide quality group coaching for all levels of skiers and snowboarders. Available for adults and children, all of our group sessions are great value, with enthusiastic and professional teachers and a maximum group size of 6. Ultimate Snowsports instructors are British and hold the highest ski and snowboard instruction qualifications. We place a lot of focus on fun, which helps learning and produces visible progress.

BASS British ski school Tignes

BASS’ group lessons cover every level in small class sizes of 4 - giving everyone a lot of individual attention. Courses are run by motivated, enthusiastic instructors who are either British or speak fluent English. All instructors have the very highest qualifications and a real passion for the mountains. Having taught in the Alps for more than 25 years, we’re proud of providing fun and effective courses that enhance your ski holiday experience.

Ecole 333

"Ecole 333" is based in the centre of Tignes Val Claret. And there is never a dull moment when we're situated at the base of the "most beautiful ski region in the world"! With Val d'Isere, Tignes has access to 300km of pistes linked by 97 different ski lifts. They stretch all the way down from the Grande Motte Glacier up at 3656m, to the village of Brévières down at 1550m. As well as slopes, you will find the Spot Zone with a Boarder cross, freestyle terrain and a Snowpark (with pipes and rails). Also backcountry and off piste all the way over the Haute-Tarentaise and an ARVA training zone.

Snocool

On-piste ski or snowboard lessons are available in groups of 4-6 (brilliant if you want to meet people of the same level) or with a private instructor (if you want to learn on your own or with friends/family).
Snocool’s instructors and guides are qualified to the top level as well as being friendly, English speaking and dedicated to making sure you have a great time on the snow.

Our private lessons are completely tailored to your needs. From one-to-one technical sessions, to guiding for the whole family, you can choose how many hours you would like and the overall content of the session.

All of our instructors are British, holding the highest qualifications possible in ski and snowboard instruction. We put a lot of emphasis on enjoyment – we believe it assists learning and fast progression.

Snowdreamers

Snowdreamers’ tutors can speak various languages (including English) and have been awarded the ISIA & EURO SKI PRO qualifications. Book a course or guided trip in Tignes (the company are originally based in Cortina but have extended their services all over the Alps) for all types and ages of skier.

BASS British ski school Tignes

Whether one:one with your instructor’s full attention, or in a group with friends and family (groups of up to 6 available), private lessons with BASS are totally tailored to your needs. Instructors are fluent English speakers with the highest level of qualifications, heaps of enthusiasm and a real passion for the mountains. Val Heliski

Ultimate Snowsports

Let the coaches at Ultimate show you Europe’s finest mountains, taking you away from the hustle and bustle in the ski resort. We always aim to find areas of the resort where you can be rewarded with fresh powder, allowing you to leave your mark in the mountains.

We provide off-piste sessions for all levels on skis and snowboard. Our off-piste experience course is a perfect introduction to off-piste, whilst the performance course pushes people to the next level.

For these who already have some off-piste skills and are interested in a truly memorable holiday experience we offer heli-ski, touring and split-boarding options where our coaches take you off into the backcountry past the lifts and limits of normal off piste skiers.

Ecole 333

Ecole 333 is a ski school and guiding company based in Ecole 333. We believe that there's never a dull moment in Tignes, not when we're situated at the foot of the world's most beautiful ski region! The ski area stretches from the Grande Motte Glacier at 3635 metres down to Brévières at 1550m. And the off piste takes you right over into the Haute-Tarentaise. Snocool off piste guiding & heliski

Introductory courses: After a quick evaluation of your technique, you’ll learn how to balance on different terrain and conditions and stay safe in avalanches while you explore and enjoy the fantastic powder in the area.
Expert freeride: After a safety briefing, your guide will show you some of the unforgettable and amazing verticals and tree routes in the area.
Groups are no bigger than six.
Heliskiing: Experience untouched powder and jaw-dropping scenery on a heli-ski trip, with drop offs on 3000m+ summits on the French / Italian Alps.
4 people per helicopter.
Snocool can lend you your safety kit and you can also rent an Avalanche air bag rucksack from them.
