99 m2. More information by the provider: 4 room appartment (99sqm on 3 floors) in a house with several apartments. Next to ski and cross country ski runs. Balcony, garden seating and lawn. Sunny location, approx. 10 minutes walk to the car-free centre. Ideal point of departure for walks both summer and winter. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available for common use in the chalet of the building management. Note: There is a construction site in the same building (from 1st September until 15th September 2023). It might be possible that there will be occasionally some construction noise during the day (only from 7 am to 12 am and from 1 pm to 7 pm).Ground floor: 1 bedroom with 1 singelbed (90x190) and 1 cupboard bed (90x190cm), shower, toilet. 1st floor: living/dining-room with cable TV, telephone, radio and internet access (WiFi). Kitchen among other things furnished with dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso) as well as a fondue- and raclette-set. Separate toilet. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 beds (90x190cm) each, shower/toilet.
