Designs may vary, but all share a rustic charm thanks to traditional wooden panelling that gives them that classic log-cabin feel. With open-plan kitchen-diners and lounge areas, there's plenty of room to relax with loved ones after a day filled with reindeer rides, snowball fights, plus your personal meeting with Santa himself!

After exploring Levi’s snowy trails or enjoying one of our unforgettable excursions, you can snuggle up in front of a crackling fire—or do as the locals do and unwind in the soothing heat of your private sauna.

If you’d rather not cook on your Santa Break, you can opt for our half board package. Start each day with a hearty buffet breakfast and end it with a delicious evening meal served at a nearby hotel—no cooking, no dishes, just time to enjoy the magic.

Best of all, many of our festive excursions depart just a short walk from your apartment. Glide through the forests on a husky sleigh ride, zoom over the snow on a snowmobile, or enjoy the peaceful silence of the fells on a gentle snowshoe walk.

And of course, no visit to Lapland would be complete without a visit to Santa’s cabin, where children can share their wishes and families can make memories that last a lifetime.

Combined 2km Husky & 1km Reindeer Safari

An animal lover’s dream and a great value excursion that makes the most of your valuable holiday time. Meet some of Santa's reindeer deep in their silent forest hideaway. Learn about their way of life from colourful local Sámi herders and enjoy a romantic reindeer sleigh ride for 1km across the snowy landscape. Warm up in the Kota with hot berry juice and biscuits. Next it’s time to visit the huskies in their nearby cosy wilderness home. Learn about their way of life while huddled around a campfire inside a traditional Lappish Kota hut. Visit the huskies and enjoy a 2km dog-sled ride through the sparkling winter landscape.

Snowmobile Safari

Experience an exhilarating 25 kilometre ride through beautiful scenery, snow-laden forests and frozen lakes. Snowmobiles are fun and easy to ride on your own or sharing with a passenger. Children either share with an adult (over 11 years and 140cm only) or are towed in a sleigh or pod behind the guide.

Total excursion duration approx 2½hrs.

Ski Taster Package

(for 4 and 7 night complete beginner guests only)

An opportunity for guests who have never skied before to try the wonderful world of skiing. Conditions are ideal for learning to ski with quiet slopes and friendly English speaking instructors. The ski taster starts from beginner slopes at South Point, about 10-20 minutes by Ski Bus from Levi centre. Busses run every 15 minutes.

Includes:

Ski tuition for 1½ hours (Lessons start at 14:00 from South Point; Monday - Wednesday)

Skis, boots and helmet hire for the day

Access to Leevilandia area for the day

Use of the local Ski Bus for the day

Please note:

Ski Taster Package is for guests 6yrs or older. Please note that adults and children will be split into separate groups for their tuition. We act as at all times as the selling agent for the supplier of excursions and activities. Times and distances are approximate and may vary due to weather conditions.

Husky and Reindeer Safaris: Times and distances are approximate and may vary due to weather conditions. Safari child age 2-12yrs. Children 0-1yrs free (transport must be pre-booked). In Ylläs customers will drive the husky sled themselves, where as in Levi customers will be driven.

Snowmobile Safaris: Times and distances are approximate and may vary due to weather conditions. Snowmobile Safari child age 4-10yrs and will be towed behind the guide in a sleigh or pod. Children must be aged 11 yrs or above and at least 140cm tall to ride as a passenger on a snowmobile. Snowmobile drivers must be 18yrs and bring a full, photographic driver's license with them. Single riders who have purchased a sharing snowmobile may need to upgrade locally to a single driving snowmobile, if a sharing snowmobile is not available.

Unless stated otherwise, excursion days and time of day (morning, afternoon, or evening) are as shown on your invoice.

Exact excursion timings will be confirmed upon arrival in resort.

Some excursions may have flexible scheduling. Where this is the case, your invoice will state: "The actual time and day of your excursion will be confirmed locally and may differ from your invoice and voucher." Our resort team will then advise you on arrival.

Excursion days and times are subject to change. While we will do our best to provide advance notice, some adjustments may be necessary. Our Excursion Coordinator and Destination Experts will be available in the resort to assist with any changes.

Times and distances are approximate and may vary due to weather and other conditions. In extremely cold temperatures or bad weather conditions excursions may be cancelled at late notice.

The Levi Central Apartments are on a self-catered basis. Each apartment has a kitchenette with a range of appliances, and the nearest supermarket is around a five-minute (300 metres) walk away.

Optional half-board upgrade: Half-board meals are available at a nearby hotel restaurant. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style. Please note that the half-board restaurant may be up to 600 metres from the property. If you have any special requirements, please notify us when booking.

A Festive Feast is included for all guests arriving before Christmas, for a Christmas celebration meal with games and music. Please note that for guests staying on half-board, the Festive Feast replaces the last dinner included in the half-board option or if you’re staying over Christmas the Festive Feast will take place on Boxing Day and replace your half-board dinner on this day.

Rooms

Pikkukarhu 6/7 are both around 54m² sleeping two to four people in a second floor alpine house style building. These split level apartments have an open plan kitchen-living room, double bed in a windowless alcove and separate toilet downstairs. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom and bathroom with a sauna.

Karhunvartija 1/5/6 are around 64m² sleeping two to four people. These duplex apartments have a living room, two beds in an open area, bathroom with WC and sauna downstairs. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom, kitchen and WC.

Karhunvartija 3/4 is around 40m² sleeping two to four. This single level apartment has an open plan living room-kitchen, one twin bedroom and two single sofa beds - one being in the living room and a bathroom with sauna.

Karhunvartija 8 is around 58m² sleeping six people. These duplex apartments have a twin bedroom without a window, kitchen and WC downstairs. Upstairs there is a living room with a fireplace, sofa bed for two, a twin bedroom without a window, sauna and WC.

Levin Kalle A1 is around 49m² sleeping three to five people. This apartment has two twin bedrooms, and a single sofa bed in the living area. There is two showers, a separate toilet and a sauna.

Levin Kalle A6 is around 70m² sleeping three to seven people (maximum of three adults). These duplex apartments have one twin bedroom downstairs, twin beds in an alcove with sloping roof and two mattresses upstairs. There is also an lounge, kitchenette, two toilets and two showers and a sauna.

Isokarhu 1 is around 116m² and sleep four to eight people. This ground floor apartment has four twin bedrooms. It has a bathroom with a shower and a sauna, plus a separate toilet.

Isokarhu 2/3 are around 121m² and sleep four to eight people. These first floor duplex apartments have four twin bedrooms. The kitchen-dining and living areas are downstairs and there are two twin bedrooms and two toilets. Upstairs there are two more twin bedrooms, a living room and another bathroom.

One linen set with towels is included per person per week.
