Overview - hotel description - Hotel Rendlhof description

Hotel Rendlhof has a fantastic central location just off the main pedestrianised street of St Anton. Close enough to be right in the thick of the action, but far enough to avoid any of the late night noise of this lively resort. You'll also only have a short morning stroll to the Nasserein lift and the Gamper and Galzig lifts aren't much further, so no extensive lugging of ski gear each day.

The Rendlhof is decorated in a typically Tirolean style with plenty of natural wood and attractive frescos. There's a sauna for relaxation time and the bedrooms are comfortable. Overall, great value for money in the heart of St Anton.

Speaking of being in the heart of St Anton, one night of the week the kitchen at the Rendlhof closes, giving you a chance to get out and try one of the excellent restaurants on your doorstep. And there's plenty of choice - from pizza and local classics to fine dining.

Brimming with traditional Austrian charm but with all the conveniences of a modern resort, St Anton's vast, high altitude ski area and vibrant atmosphere make it truly world class. It's one of the major international destinations that everyone must visit at least once (and is likely to return to frequently thereafter). Two minutes from the train station and less than an hour's drive from Innsbruck airport, it's a conveniently accessible resort. The main village is traffic free and stretches for about 1km - dot...
It's often said that if you learn to ski or snowboard here, you're likely to find any other resort an utter breeze... Just don't do a Bridget Jones (her memorable descent in 'Edge of Reason' took place on one of the more challenging Arlberg runs) and make sure to take advantage of the excellent tuition on offer. Thanks to local legend Hannes Schneider, St Anton opened the first ski school in 1921. The Skischule Arlberg continues to provide excellent tuition today, so beginners are in good hands. There's a nurs...

You'll find about 20 bars offering a variety of scenes, but to experience après ski at its best you can't leave until you've joined the masses and danced on the tables at world-famous Mooserwirt or The Crazy Kangaroo (Krazy Kanguruh). While it's reputation is lively (and the resort lives up to it) there are lots of options if you prefer a more so...
