Hotel was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had misplaced some earphones and we realised that after we had left, hotel found nothing after we called them. So could have been stolen. During every meal: A quality show cooking orchestrated by the chefs, dinner at your fingertips, Savoyard dinner once a week, plenty of options on offer including to suit specific dietary needs (on request). Buffets and festive dinners at Christmas, New Year's Eve; Valentine's day and Eastern, Picnic basket for lunch on ski slopes, Savoury small portions and desserts for babies, Greedy snack as soon as you get back from skiing. With a transfer time of around 2 hours, Alpe d'Huez is very accessible from Grenoble or Chambery airport. Hotel was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had misplaced some earphones and we realised that after we had left, hotel found nothing after we called them. So could have been stolen. There was a lack of English speaking staff. The food was really good! Buffet style set up with good variety. It wasn’t quite ski in/out. You had to go across some flat snow which was tricky in skis. 4.5 /5 Evening entertainment was all in French. And its not quite ski in/out.
