Offering ski-in and ski-out possibilities, the GHM Hotel Monachil is a traditional and spacious mountain-style hotel only 50 metres from the nearest chairlift Parador I (which links to the main resort centre).
The 79 bedrooms are simply-presented, with tiled floors and rustic furnishings. All rooms feature an en-suite bathroom with hairdryer, some with bathtub and others with shower, flat-screen satellite TV, internet access via free Wi-Fi, telephone, heating and ample storage space. Some bedrooms offer a balcony or terrace.
The hotel has a large buffet restaurant, Montblanc, where breakfast and dinner are served with views overlooking the mountain. Your package will be booked on a half-board basis and cuisine is hearty and plentiful. You'll also find a bar and sun terrace with sun loungers, where you can enjoy views over the ski station and lively après-ski every afternoon from 2pm to 7pm.
You'll be able to experience some R&R in the hotel's spa and health club, which features hot tubs, saunas and an extensive programme of massages and treatments, all available for an extra cost and bookable on the spot.
The hotel is located next to the Maribel ski slope, which enables you to ski down to the cable car “Al-Andalus”. From there, you can return to the hotel skiing via Borreguiles. At this spot there are many restaurants and shops, where you can also rent equipment.
