In the district of Winkl 3 km from the centre of St. Johann, 10 km from the centre of Fieberbrunn, 12 km from the centre of Kitzbühel, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 600 m2 with lawn and flowers, lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax. In the house: central heating system. Bread roll service on request (extra). 200 m long narrow motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 900 m, bus stop 800 m, railway station "St. Johann/Tirol" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km, bathing lake "Going" 9.5 km.
