In the district of Rettenbach 3 km from the centre of St Johann in Tirol, in the district Kitzbühel, in a quiet, sunny position, 300 m from the edge of the forest, 8 km from the lake, 3.6 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. Private: property 1'000 m2, meadow, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant, bus stop 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km, bathing lake "Going" 8 km, lake Schwarzsee Kitzbühel 12 km. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
