A unique position at the top of the resort overlooking the pistes, lifts and nursery slopes and just 100m from the shops, bars and restaurants. Nearest lift is the DMC bubble, just across the piste.

Eden West Summary

Another new chalet for the 2018/19 season, Eden West sits at 2000m in the fabulous resort of Alpe d'Huez, offering stylish and comfortable accommodation in a killer location.

Eden West is a private chalet apartment in the sparkling new Eden Blanc property, part of the exclusive Fontbelle area of the resort. There is private lift access and stunning views of piste and mountain from the living room and bedroom balconies. Whilst our photos are computer generated until we get our photographer up to the resort, the views through the windows are real and cleverly dropped into the animations. This chalet apartment sleeps 6-8 guests with three en suite bedrooms, one of which has additional bunk beds (charged at half the adult price) making this an ideal space for two families or a group of friends.

The chalet is comfortably and elegantly furnished with a spacious open plan living area, warm your toes in front of the open fire or curl up on the squashy sofas. All bedrooms can be made as twin or double and each has a balcony and flat screen TV.

For larger groups Eden West and Eden East can be booked together to accommodate 10-12 guests.

MEALS AT Eden West, Alpe d'Huez

Our Executive Chef is passionate about food and hugely sensitive to the appetite of a hungry skier whilst considering a balanced diet. The new and refined menus are heavy enough to reward mountain exertion yet light and simple enough to leave you grinning not groaning.

All our catered ski holidays include;

  • Continental breakfast with a cooked option on 6 mornings
  • Afternoon tea will be left in the chalet for you to help yourself to freshly made cake or biscuits, bread & jams, selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate
  • Canapés on the first and last evening
  • 3 course evening meal (6 nights) followed by cheese board and coffee
  • A choice of red and white wine is served throughout dinner

With a transfer time of around 2 hours, Alpe d'Huez is very accessible from Grenoble or Chambery airport. Established in 1936, it was the first resort in France to be installed with a fully operational ski lift. The resort lies in the Grandes Rousses Massif domain.
