In the house: boutique, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Public parking 250 m extra. Supermarket 250 m, bar 50 m, bakery 20 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz télécabine" 100 m, railway station "Sion" 16.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 900 m. Tennis 900 m, skisport facilities 50 m, ski rental 10 m, ski-kindergarten 500 m, ice rink 250 m, children's playground 500 m. Partly renovated in 2024, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: entrance hall with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 180 cm). Living/dining room with cable TV. Exit to the balcony, north facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Balcony, north facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Please note: non-smokers only, no parking. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
