Cosy, comfortable apartment house 1'050 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, built in 2010. In the resort, in a central, quiet, sunny position, 500 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Motor access to the house (mountain road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars), communal covered parking at the house. Shop 200 m, grocery, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Flims Dorf Post" 200 m, bathing lake "Caumasee" 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, ski lift, chair lift, gondola lift, skisport facilities 500 m, ski bus stop 200 m, ski school, sled run, cross country ski track 500 m, children's playground 1000 km. Nearby attractions: Rheinschlucht 5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Weisse Arena Flims/Laax. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Caumasee, Crestasee.
