It provides a serene mountain escape while being just five minutes walk from the slopes and only a five minute ride to the vibrant village centre using the complimentary shuttle bus system that stops at the bus stop outside and runs from 7.30am to 2am in winter.

Occupying the top two floors of an exclusive chalet, newly built in the traditional style, Arolay Penthouse is entered directly from the private lift. Arriving on the first floor guests are greeted by a spacious hallway leading to the master suite and three additional en-suite double bedrooms. All bedrooms benefit from supremely comfortable pillow-top Hypnos mattresses and luxurious Hungarian goose down bedding. This floor also includes private laundry and drying facilities as well as a guest WC.

The master superking/twin bedroom offers balcony access with beautiful views, a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and full-size bath tub. This bedroom has a built in dressing table, ample wardrobe space and a smart TV.

The three other en-suite bedrooms each offer a serene private sanctuary with two of these bedrooms providing access to wrap-around balconies with stunning south and west-facing views. One of these bedrooms features a full-size bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. High-quality reclaimed wood, natural stone, and luxurious textiles create a warm, sophisticated atmosphere throughout.

Ascending to the top floor, you'll discover what makes this luxury duplex penthouse unique: an impressive double-height living space with sweeping quadruple-aspect mountain views of the Bellevarde, Solaise, Signal, and Tovière summits. An ideal, cosy vantage point from which to watch the weekly torchlit descents down La Face de Bellevarde by the ski school instructors and the regular, magical firework displays above the village.
