Large small apartment house "Tschal", built in 1978. In a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: table tennis, children's playground. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Steep motor access (mountain road). Stepped path to the house. Communal covered parking. Grocery 200 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery, café, bus stop 200 m, outdoor swimming pool, thermal baths 800 m. Cable car 200 m. Please note: no lift.

Exit to the terrace, south facing position. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Large terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (3), box-room. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Reserved parking space n 24 (roofed). Please note: non-smokers only.
