At the heart of the ski area, Tignes Val Claret is the highest hamlet, at 2127 m altitude, and one of the resort's 2 centers, along with Tignes le Lac. Well served by both lifts and shuttles, Val Claret is the liveliest part of the resort, with ski-in/ski-out dance floors, shops and a wide range of restaurants, from traditional to offbeat.
