Surrounded by gardens and fantastic Tuscan views Hotel Torretta's a friendly holiday retreat. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The location's great if you want to explore other Tuscan towns and cities around you like, Florence, Lucca and Pistoia which are all within an hours drive from the hotel.

If you walk down the road you'll find the Montecatini funicular which will take you to Montecatini Alto, the old town which is full of bars and restaurants, where you can sit on cobbled streets and take in the town's bustling atmosphere.

If all you want is a day relaxing by the pool then grab a sunbed by the hotel's pool and hot tub. You can also visit the Terme Tettuccio, Montecatini's most famous thermal spa, which is just a six minute walk down the road. You can't come to Montecatini and not check out this gem.

For dinner you'll have a three course meal with a salad buffet. The food is typical Tuscan and they have a good choice of wine to go with your meal.
