A great Bulgarian hotel

We had a great week. The hotel was really good, we’d spoken to some people who lived in Bulgaria and they’d said this was a very good quality hotel, they were right! We went into other hotels to have a look around and ours was definitely one of the best.
We had a half board booking and the food was really good: it was buffet dinners, for example every night they had four kinds of salads with two or three meals of chicken, meat, fish… All of a very good standard. They created a special program for New Year with dancers which was great. It’s worth mentioning that Bansko has such a variety of places to eat out (cheap prices and good food) you could book B&B.
Everything was well organised and we found all of the staff to be very helpful.
The location was by a small bus that was about a 5 minute drive to the ski lift. On the way back there were a lot of people queuing for the ski lift (being New Year, the resort was busy) but you can easily get to the hotel by skiing slope 2 which is a green – a nice and easy 5-7km ski down.
They only had wifi in the lounge area on the first floor but all the rest of our stay was really good.
