Let down by the hot tub not working

We had a fantastic holiday overall but there were a few disappointments with the chalet. The hot tub had been broken the week before so we couldn’t use it, and we’d paid a premium for that chalet because it had a hot tub. Also the room we were staying in was pretty tiny, there was just enough room to get around the bed.
Becca the chalet girl was really good and we were very happy with the service we received. The location was pretty central and great for the slopes, ski school and ski hire shop.
The hot tub issue would prevent me going back, had it been working the week would have been a lot better!
