A very good holiday. The staff were very helpful. The food was nice too. The chalet isn’t too far from the lifts and (more importantly!) the bars.
Functional - not great, just OK

The location was OK, it’s not slap bang in the middle of the town where I’ve stayed before, so we had a little bit of a walk.
My only critical comment is that I didn’t like the family room. In essence, the Marsala doesn’t have a typical flop area, where you go if you want to relax. I didn’t like having to go downstairs through the boot room to get to it either... you end up in basement room that has an honesty box with beers available, there isn’t much atmosphere to it at all. It’s not at all like your typical chalet where you have a lighter, more spacious area with a log fire where you can just flop and watch TV; from memory I think it was completely windowless.
The room my daughter and I had was nice. We thought the food was pretty tasty and the dining room and level of friendliness of the staff were good too.
Apart from this we had a great time, it has good rooms and dining room and there are bars around the corner if you want a change of scenery. When you look at the value for money, it certainly works in that regard.
