The Chalet was good - basic but clean and the staff were friendly and approachable. My only complaint was that because it was the last week of the season, the chalet boys / girls seemed under the impression they weren't allowed to buy more porridge, and so I didn't get what I wanted for breakfast for the last 4 days of my stay. Therefore I think it would be good to treat end of season guests no differently from those in the middle! Also, there seemed to be some mis-information regarding going on guided tours off piste and insurance (we went ski touring one day with a guide who was not French!). I would recommend checking what the situation is again next year before providing mis-information. All in all we had a great holiday and everything went very smoothly.

The inside is roomy, with plenty of space and a nice, big lounge area. It’s an odd sort of building – it seems that they’ve had an extra front put on the original building, which must have been set out at an angle to the road. It looked very strange and caused the rooms to be a triangular shape, but on the whole everything was fine. We didn’t have any problems with storage in our bedroom. The staff were very good and we enjoyed the food they made for us. The chalet is well located, right next to the bus stop and only a short walk into town. A good week all round!
