We had a wonderful week, we had a family suite on the top level which was fine, the bathroom was a little small for us but it was nice overall.

The living room was cosy but the only thing was that we were all a little disappointed that we couldn’t use the fire. The chalet was definitely warm enough without it but especially in the winter and when you’re skiing, it gives a little extra ambiance in the evenings.

The food was nice, it wasn’t anything brilliant but it was OK. The portions were a little small for the adults which was a bit of a pity but the children were happy.

We were lucky as this is probably one of the best chalets you can have for location as you just cross the road and you’re there. This was the most important factor when we were booking as we wanted somewhere that would be good for the kids.

The childcare was OK but the kids club didn’t work for our family as it went on quite late and after skiing all day my children needed an earlier bedtime.

We think it’s nice to have our children with us in the evening as we go away as a family. All the people we stayed with were very nice but there weren’t many other children the same ages as ours, luckily the other guests didn't mind our older children sitting quietly with their iPads so it worked quite well. Of course you have to be lucky with the other people you stay with, it is always a gamble.

The thing we liked is that it’s a little like a hotel, you get your food included and your room tidied and all the facilities but it’s also family orientated and small unlike a big chain hotel. We were very cosy and warm and felt safe with the children which was really nice. We’ve already recommended it to our friends and would book it again.
