It was really nice – we got upgraded to the Chalet Chamois which was ski in/ski out and had more space. The staff were very nice, really attentive and very friendly.
I do feel like it needs a little bit of TLC. It looks a little bit run down, a lick of paint could do some good and a little varnish on the balcony.
At the end of the day, we had a lovely family holiday.
Half our party is dairy free & gluten free and the other half isn’t. My son who was one of the gluten free one and they sat down and really paid attention to his needs and his details and what they could make to ensure he would eat his the right stuff. The attention was lovely and it was the same for my daughter.
For the adults, I felt like the food's been going downhill to be honest, and the same with the breakfast options as well.
I think the menus have become very English, I have to say, and we're in France. We should be eating more French stuff, I think. We did have one fondue night though.
I think we just didn’t have the best of chef’s to be honest, because we had another person training during the week for the following season, and his was cooking was delicious. The children all had good food and were very happy though.
The chalet location was great - out of all the chalets that we’ve been to in the area, that was definitely the best one. It was ski in/ski out, it had a nicer communal area as well – bigger, more spacious etc.
