With a superb record of February snow and something for everyone on and off the slopes, Val d’Isere is a brilliant destination for a half-term getaway.

If you’re taking advantage of your children’s week off school to introduce them to the mountains, Val is an excellent choice. The ski schools are fantastic – book into group lessons with similar ages and abilities or opt for private tuition 1:1 or as a family. With 2 nursery slopes, one in the centre and one in La Daille, you won’t be far from the beginner areas wherever you stay and there are loads of lovely gentle runs everyone can enjoy together. More experienced families will also appreciate this world class resort with access to incredible intermediate terrain, a brilliant Snowpark and a family Acticross.

Book everyone into one of our chalets, hotels or apartments before the availability runs out as this is one of the most popular weeks for Brit ski holidays. Ski lessons are also worth booking in advance too, especially if you want morning sessions.
