February: traditionally the month of slope style competitions at La Rosière. Teens bring their game as we find out who the best free rider is. With live music and DJ sets going on in the past to mark the occasion, it’s usually an epic occasion for kids if you’re here on a family ski holiday. And if you want to slope off in the meantime, how about going to a fitness class at one of the resort’s health and wellbeing centres? La Rosière doesn’t forget about your younger children, oh no- arty activities such as face painting have been offered in the past alongside snowman building competitions to keep children happy and smiling. With Alpes Randos, take a family walk that’s a little different to what you’re normally used to: don the snowshoes and explore the Alpine surroundings, not only on snow but on ice too. Thirty-three beginners’ runs and thirty-two intermediates means that there’ll be plenty of ski opportunities for your kids, no matter what their age. With resort altitudes over 2000m from the Roches Noires Express chairlift, you’re likely to enjoy some fantastic conditions at this time of year.
Take one of our short haul flights to La Rosière this half term so kids won’t have the time to get bored. Our holidays fly from airports all over the UK: we’ll find you the best flights at the best prices from your nearest serving airport. If you prefer to drive to the resort, we also have some self-drive holiday packages, so you’ll have the baggage allowance to bring whatever you want. And if there’s a group of you coming from various points of the country who can’t decide on a common airport, an accommodation-only deal may be just what you’re looking for.
