Mont Tremblant Child Care

Tremblant is one of the world's best destination resorts for families with children of all ages. Apart from having excellent day care and ski school, described later, facilities beyond the norm include two children's playgrounds and the child-magnet AquaClub La Source (see Facilities section). There is a cinema and amusement centre. The resort's centre is totally pedestrianised so it is possible to move families around in safety, and because all facilities such as rentals, ticket office, day care and ski school are within about 100 metres (maximum) of each other stress levels are minimal. Shops and restaurants are largely child friendly and include budget/value restaurants and a toy shop. Children of all ages will love the wide range of on snow sports available and snow parks to enjoy them in (see 'Skiing' section), all accessed by fast, modern, comfortable and easy to use lifts. The day-care is of world-class standard and offers evening Après Ski for kids twice a week. Kidz Club instructors are all equipped with walkie-talkies, and parents may borrow pagers if they wish. The Mother Nature Camp caters for children 1 - 6 years, with packages varying from half-day to multi-day, seven days a week. The children's Snow School is also located at the Kidz Club and, again, various packages for skiing or 'boarding lessons are offered. On the slopes there is a Magic Carpet lift (uphill moving walkway) for young learners.
