Finkenberg 3 km from Mayrhofen: Cosy cottage "Zillertal 3000", 3 storeys. On the outskirts, 300 m from the centre of Finkenberg, 3 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, in a sunny position, 500 m from the skiing area. Private: garden. In the house: sauna (extra). Storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Breakfast and half board possible (extra). Parking at the house. Grocery, supermarket 700 m, restaurant 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Tennis 600 m, gondola lift, skisport facilities 500 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 500 m. Please note: groups of teenagers on request only. Ski bus (free of charge). Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. A house of this size and standards is a total rarity in Finkenberg. During the winter season are available on request bus trips on the line Ruhr - Frankfurt - Finkenberg (Pick up on the entire line) is possible.

Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. 2 showers, 2 sep. WC's. 2nd upper floor: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). 2 double bedrooms. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), hand-basin. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates) with dining nook. 2 showers/WC. 2 large balconies. View of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. The large lounge/dining room has enough space to spend evening in several. The well equipped kitchen is situated right next door. In total, there are 4 kitchens in the house. The majority of rooms have balcony access. Satellite TVs are partly flat screens. It is possible to rent bed linen and towels (please book in advance).
