Very modern, beautiful, luxurious chalet "Woovim", 3 storeys, built in 2014. On the outskirts, 500 m from the centre, on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. Private: terrace (80 m2), barbecue. In the house: sauna, sun terrace, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. Steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 3 cars), single garage. Shop, grocery, supermarket 750 m, restaurant 200 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 1 km, railway station "Sion" 16.8 km, outdoor swimming pool 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, tennis 200 m, gondola lift 1 km, ski bus stop, ski-kindergarten, children's playground 300 m. Nearby attractions: SPA Des Bisses 800 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 Vallées 1 km. Hiking paths: Les Bisses 1 km. Please note: groups of teenagers on request only. Ski bus (free of charge).

Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower and double hand-basin. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), shower and double hand-basin. Sep. WC.
