In the district of Fügenberg 3 km from the centre of Fügen, 1.5 km from the centre of Uderns, in a quiet, sunny position, along the wooded area, 2.5 km from the skiing area. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn for sunbathing. Patio, terrace. In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 100 m, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 2.5 km, bathing lake "Schlitterer Badesee" 7.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 500 m, walking paths from the house 50 m, cycle lane 2 km, gondola lift 2.5 km, skisport facilities 2.5 km, ski bus stop 150 m, children's playground 200 m.
