Large, cosy apartment house "Vitalis", 4 storeys, built in 1983, renovated in 2016. In the district of Steinmatte 800 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Grocery 400 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant 50 m, bar, bakery 400 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Luchre" 100 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 1.1 km. Mountain railway 500 m, ski rental, ski bus stop 100 m. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency in Zermatt.
