For shared use: property 1'000 m2 with lawn and trees. Private: property 200 m2 with lawn. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 500 m, railway station "Aschau" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 50 m, mountain railway 4.5 km, ski lift 4.5 km, slopes, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school, cross country ski track 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal-Arena 4.5 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.
